Irina, an experienced founder, has a proven track record of driving innovation in both technology and real estate. With a degree in computer science and AI, she has over a decade of expertise in building successful B2B and B2C products an delivering marketing campaigns for the real estate sector. Irina is also a Forbes 30 Under 30 Alumni, known for delivering impactful solutions that scale.
Razvan has a strong technology background with a proven track record of collaborating with both startup ventures and large corporations in the United States and beyond. His expertise spans various tech-driven projects, bringing innovative solutions and insights to the team. He is also proficient in vetting real estate investments and has a deep understanding of high-level data, making informed, data-driven decisions a key strength.

Joe is the CEO and co-founder of OpenReel (series A startup), with a strong background in engineering management and product development. His forward-thinking approach has led to the creation of OpenReel’s patented remote video technology, enabling seamless enterprise-level video production. Before OpenReel, Joe held senior leadership positions at Baystone Media and Internet Brands, where he scaled revenue-generating functions and expanded the customer base to over 30,000. He has also consulted for several technology companies (e.g. SpringCM, acquired by DocuSign) and holds two patents for media recording and storage."
